1. What is owner-direct rental

Rather than booking with a travel agent or management company, you book directly with us. As the owners of the condo, our prime concern is to ensure that you and your friends have a great time at our condo and enjoy it so much that you come back year after year![...top]

2. Do we have to pay taxes?

Because you're booking directly with us, you don't have to pay hotel tax or PST, just the 6% GST [...top]

3. How far are you from the lifts/village?

We are located in the Village, an easy 4minute stroll from the Whistler Gondola. However, rest assured that you will have a good night's sleep because we aren't in the middle of the bars/restaurants etc. We like to think that we've got the perfect balance of village accessibility and peace and quiet[...top]

4. How many people can stay at the condo?

The maximum number is 6 because of insurance reasons. However, the condo is priced per night, regardless of whether there is 1 person or 6 people. This means that if you get a small group together you can have a very cheap holiday! If there are more than 6 of you, email us and we can find another unit, probably in the same building. [...top]

5. How are the beds laid out?

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins which convert into a king in the second bedroom and a queen sofabed in the living room. [...top]

6. Where do we pick up our lift tickets if we've pre-bought them?

There are 3 pickup locations, but you have to collect them from the one you selected on purchasing. We'd recommend picking Essentially Blackcomb, which is located in the Carleton Lodge (next to the Longhorn Saloon & Grill at the base of Whistler Mountain). There is a silver sign with "E-Reservations and Allura Direct" above it. They are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. [...top]

7. What do we do if we have any problems during our stay?

WhistlerReception have a staffed front desk between 8am and 8pm during peak season (more information on our services page) and have a 24hr on-call service for outside of those times

8. How do we check in?

The WhistlerReception check in desk is in the Deer Lodge lobby between Sutton Realty and Can Ski and there is a free parking lot across the street, where you can park while you are checking in (N.B. The parking spots in front of the Deer Lodge are all 25 cent pay parking).[...top]

9. Where do we park in the car park?

Once you've checked in and got your key, enter the car park, go to the secured gate for Eagle Lodge and use the key to open the gate. Our stall is #30, make sure you park there and not in one of the other reserved spaces

10. What do we do if we have more than 1 car?

You can purchase additional spaces at CAN$12/night, please contact Whistler Reception Services to arrange this[...top]
